Depriving DACA Recipients of their Licenses Hurts Everyone
Georgia Senate Bill 6 proposes to deprive current and future DACA and DAPA recipients from obtaining their Georgia driver licenses. This bill will do the opposite of what the bill sponsor claims and instead increase the number of uninsured drivers on the road which decreases road safety and increases costs for insured drivers. Vote or Fight Trying
Mrs. Yi is one of hundreds of first-time voters we helped in 2012. After living in the U.S. for more than 30 years, Mrs. Yi finally gained her citizenship. She properly registered and drove to her poll site in November to vote in her first presidential election. Despite bringing proper ID to the polls, Mrs. Yi was denied the right to vote. Read more.
