As Vice President of Development at Advancing Justice - Atlanta, Elizabeth brings a deep passion for equity, justice and community empowerment to every aspect of her work. With an unwavering commitment to the mission of protecting the civil and human rights of all individuals and communities, she leads the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement strategies with integrity, empathy and purpose. 

For Elizabeth, development work is more than raising funds — it's about building trust, amplifying voices and sustaining movements that challenge systemic injustices and uplift those who have been historically marginalized. She is committed to ensuring that Advancing Justice - Atlanta can continue to be a powerful advocate for immigrant communities and a vital force for social change. Guided by a belief that true justice is community-led and intersectional, Elizabeth continues to use her platform to help sustain and expand movements that create lasting change.

Over the course of her 20+ year career in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector, Elizabeth has dedicated herself to organizations that serve the disadvantaged and fight for the rights and welfare of marginalized people. She has served as Chief Development Officer for the Latin American Association and St. Vincent de Paul Georgia as well as worked with the Annie E. Casey Foundation. 

Elizabeth is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy and a Masters in Public Administration (Finance). She also has an Associate’s degree in Health and became a licensed paramedic.

Elizabeth is a member of Leadership Atlanta’s LEAD Class of 2013 and received the 2016 Atlanta Dream Inspiring Woman Award for her leadership and service in the community. She grew up in East Cobb and now currently resides in Cherokee County, where she is actively involved with her community as a volunteer and through service on local boards. Elizabeth is a sports fanatic and die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan. She is looking forward to another Dawgs National Championship run this season!
