Poom is a seasoned Administrative Assistant with a strong background in administrative support, event planning, and hospitality. With years of experience across multiple industries, she brings a unique blend of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail to her role. She began her career in the education industry learning the value of clear communication, patience, and being a steady presence for others. She then spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, where she developed a deep love for helping people and creating memorable experiences.

As the daughter of first-generation immigrants from Thailand, she understands the importance of access, opportunity, and community. She considers it a privilege and an honor to be part of an organization that uplifts and supports families like her own. Known for her reliability, warmth, and collaborative spirit, she is passionate about building strong relationships and creating environments where both people and teams can thrive.

Outside of work, she enjoys pilates, running, exploring new food and travel experiences with her husband, and cheering on her UGA Bulldogs!
