Sarah Vidal

Supervising Attorney

Sarah Vidal is a supervising attorney with the Legal Services Department at Asian Americans Advancing Justice–Atlanta. Before joining our team, Sarah worked in private practice for 5 years and almost 9 years at two other non-profit legal service organizations.

Sarah’s immigration practice focuses on removal defense for detained and non-detained individuals before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals. She also represents individuals applying for humanitarian relief, family-based immigration benefits, and naturalization with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. Sarah received her B.A. in political science from the University of Toledo and her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.
